I'm a former Contracting Officer with the US Air Force and Competitive Acquisition Consultant/Contractor and Sourcing Manager for private firms.  I've handled all critical issues in the contract life-cycle. I've processed and negotiated transactions at the micro-purchase threshold (use of the Government Purchase Card), Simplified Acquisition Threshold ($150K) and up to $1B key, significant efforts.  


I have expert knowledge in the use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13), Contracting by Negotiation (FAR Part 15), and Construction and Architect (FAR Part 36) and contract structures, such as Purchase Orders, BPAs, GS Schedules, MACs, and MACCs and IDIQs. I've worked on various contract vehicle/eProcurement platforms, such as FBO, GSA, USAF Netcents II and CLASS/MSS, Army-ITES and NASA Sewp.
