Jen is a professional in nonprofit development and social impact. Her relationships with nonprofits, businesses, and philanthropists create the opportunity to invest back into the community. She aims to provide equitable opportunities in financial literacy and access for all. She also aids in benefits solutions for individuals and families.

She has dedicated over 20 years to the nonprofit community through various organizations that include: Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas, United Way, and Junior Achievement, to name a few. Jen currently serves on the board for both Positively Arts and Explore Academy Las Vegas.
​
Jen is a native of Sacramento, California, and resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. She supports creating generational wealth through financial literacy and has a personal mission to educate others in financial wellness and social responsibility. As a mother of three young teenagers, she loves a good movie night with her family, learning new recipes, and traveling.

Rachelle is responsible for the management, operations, and strategic planning of RGL Strategies, LLC. She is the lead subject matter expert on all matters regarding federal government solicitations and contracts.
​
She is a recognized industry leader, accomplished expert, and strategist with over 20 years of experience in high-paced, rapid-growth organizations. Rachelle served as Contracting Officer for the Department of Defense and as a consultant and acquisition professional with defense agencies and global institutions holding Secret and Top-Secret clearance (inactive).
​
Rachelle received her DAWIA Level II certification from the Air Force Institute of Technology, Graduate School in Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and is DAWIA Level III certified equivalent from Bellevue University, Nebraska. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, with an emphasis in Business Administration, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Rachelle was born in San Francisco, California. She is actively involved in programs that focus on the betterment of individuals and small businesses to give back to underserved communities. She currently serves on the board for Explore Academy Las Vegas. Rachelle lives in Las Vegas, Nevada. She enjoys good food, good music, and bellies of laughter - especially with her loving, supportive husband and her two high-spirited, courageous boys. It’s all good.

Marilou works with businesses in completing and filing their SAM registrations. Additionally, she specializes in providing companies with benefit solutions catered to their needs and their teams’.

Having held positions in both the public and private sectors, and from entry to the corporate level, Marilou is an expert in interpersonal skills allowing successful collaborative partnerships in all levels of management. Through her journey, and being self-employed, she also understands first-hand the challenges small businesses face. This knowing is why she is so drawn to and advocates for small establishments and will go out of her way to do so.

Marilou believes in a holistic approach to life and that helping others personally and professionally leads to a better community. Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, she now calls Henderson, Nevada, home. In her free time, you can find her enjoying moments through adventuring with her son, frequenting mom and pop shops, honing her chef skills, and connecting with others.
